Wristbandsforever.com is working in the custom silicone wristband industry with sustained effort to offer and provide you with good quality and affordable products according to your taste and preferences to meet your needs and wants.

We would like to inform you and increase your knowledge about the certain policies that are essential parts of the market industry were we belong.

Giving you all needed information! Prior to starting production, you will receive a digital proof and package of your wristband via email. This proof is an artwork representation of the final product. This is to allow you to make any necessary changes or corrections prior to starting production.

Confirming your order! Prior to production of your wristbands, you will receive an order confirmation notice via email. This notification will contain specifications of your order including type, size, quantity, colors, and approximate delivery date.

 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Wristbandforever.com will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from wristbandforever.com to you. If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.

For any changes to the orders, you must call the sales department within 7 hours of placing the order with the correction. Also any cancellations of orders should be made within 7  hours of placing the order.

ORDERING AND METHOD OF PAYMENT POLICIES
 
Website Payments Standard is our fastest way to set up online payment on your website and accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

Request payment by email, and get paid on PayPal is also acceptable. You will be invoiced immediately upon receipt of your order. We have the right to refuse to place any orders. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than listed above.

We only accept orders through our website www.wristbandforever.com or by calling (805)- 350-5770.We don’t have any third party marketing firm or sales representative that can promote or process your orders personally.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

No Shipping during Saturday’s, Sunday’s and holidays. Once payment for your order has been verified, your order will begin processing. Expected arrival assumes that processing or production is not delayed. Guaranteed delivery assurance assumes that there is no delay. Reasons for delays include waiting for payment to clear, artwork, or custom color bands. We will also not be liable with delays on shipments by 3rd party shipping couriers or customs, which invalidates our guaranteed shipping assurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We are not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays. Shipping time does not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs. Orders that ship internationally to other countries besides Canada will usually incur additional taxes, duties, VAT, and other fees associated with customs. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an international order. All shipping charges on our Web site include only the cost of shipping the order. All taxes, duties, and other fees charged are not included in the shipping charges on our Web site and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We encourage customers to verify all order information before submitting the final order. If we make a mistake on color, size, quantity, or phrases on a wristband we will be happy to find a solution to remedy the problem. All returns must be approved through our office at contact@wristbandforever.com.

If product defect is detected, our office must be notified within 10 days from time of arrival of your package. Due to the customized nature of our product we do not accept returns unless there was a production error on our part. Ordering the wrong size, color, or phrase on a wristband does not warrant a return.

Refunds due to customer errors will not be issued this includes, but is not limited to, typos in the message, wrong PMS color of wristbands, unable to meet the turnaround time stated. wristbandforever.com is not liable for anything more than the amount of the order.

All products must be returned with a valid Return Mailing Reference Code(RMRC) which can be obtained by emailing contact@wristbandforever.com. or calling.

COPYRIGHT AND INFRINGEMENTS

It is the duty of the customer to make sure that the bracelet will not infringe any other company’s rights. We will not be held liable of any copyrights or infringements issues.
